The delivery timeline is dependent on timely client feedback and availability for scheduled consultations and meetings.
Any delays caused by the client may result in an adjusted delivery schedule.

We will maintain regular communication with the client through email, phone calls, and/or virtual meetings as specified in the contract.
Clients can expect a response to inquiries within 3 business days.
3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the delivery of services.
Any misinformation or omissions may affect the quality and timeline of our services.
3.2 Availability
Clients must be available for scheduled consultations, meetings, and reviews.
Rescheduling must be communicated at least 4 hours in advance.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Payment Schedule
Payment for consulting services is due according to the schedule outlined in the client contract.
Payments are processed through Stripe, and clients are required to provide accurate payment information.
4.2 Late Payments
Services may be paused or terminated for accounts that are 15 days past due.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued at our discretion based on the circumstances of the request.
Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within 7 days of service delivery.
5.2 Non-Refundable Services
Services that have been completed and delivered as per the agreed scope of work are non-refundable.
Custom solutions and consulting hours utilized are non-refundable.
6. Dispute Resolution
6.1 Resolution Process
In the event of a dispute, we will work with the client to resolve the issue amicably.
Clients should contact us with details of the dispute, and we will respond within 7 business days.
6.2 Mediation
If the dispute cannot be resolved through initial discussions, we may suggest mediation by a neutral third party.

We respect the confidentiality of our clients and ensure that all sensitive information is handled with care.
Any proprietary information shared during the consulting engagement will be kept confidential and only used for the purpose of delivering the agreed-upon services.
